Michaela: no accidents
I'll have to try to feed the kids some bran or flax tomorrow. It's not good for any of them to be going this infrequently. Ugh. I'll see what I can put on the menu that will disguise flax. Oatmeal for brekkie, PBJ for lunch with flax in the PB, and maybe spaghetti for dinner? Man, that's a lot of fiber for one day.
